Forest Treasures

There seems to be a lot of moose lovers among you as this design, aside from it being one of my personal favorites, has been one of my best selling designs to date.

The snow-capped evergreen trees are surrounded by half stitches that seem to float in and out of the fabric.  This look is achieved by doing Half Stitches using one strand of a Needle Necessities overdyed thread.  I designed this with having Christmas colors in mind but didn't want it to say Christmas so that it could be hung year round.  There are a row of cardinals, a row of Leaf Stitches, some interesting Native American motifs and, of course, the moose and geese.
