There are 3 different designs in Grandma Says.  The wording is a little hard to read so I'll tell you what each one says:

Pillow:  "Congrats To The New Grandma"

Center Framed Picture:  "Grandma's the Game, Spoilin's my Game."  It also includes various words for Grandma: Grandmother, Nana, Gramma, Gram, Grandmom and Gaga.

Right Picture:  "Grandma Always Saves Time For Hugzzz"
